What makes us unique is that we are locally owned and operated; we’re referred to as a one-stop shop because of our ability to complete projects from start to finish, while removing the unnecessary stress typically associated with cosmetic upgrades and new building projects.

From our initial no charge, no obligation on site consultation, we take the time to go over your requirements and answer any questions or concerns. We complete CAD drawings in-house so we’re able to work directly with the design team, then we weld fabricate and manufacture our own products for our install team. We also manufacture products for various other local garage door and gate companies. We have a large network of companies and wholesalers we’ve worked with over the years.

Welding and fabrication, running line voltage is completed by a Red Seal ticketed welder and electrician specializing in their field.

We are proud to say we do not mass produce products at the lowest wholesale prices, rather we stand behind quality over quantity. We don’t have any existing prefabricated gates waiting to be altered, cut down or added to, for the purposes of resale.

Modern Day Doors and Gates takes each project a step farther by sending out the Project Manager on each initial consultation to gather the information first hand. Throughout the entire project you will receive up to date reviews and status reports, while we coordinate with the scheduling team, the welding team, electricians, laborers, landscapers, including, powder coat transportation and installation, and finally, automation access controls.
